Breastfeeding Consultation
$60/hr
While breastfeeding is a biological process that mother's bodies are designed for, it doesn't always mean it's an easy process. Or that we don't have questions. Whether you would just like to make a plan for your breastfeeding journey, have someone who has been there and is educated in breastfeeding take a peek at how you're doing, or if you have concerns about the mechanisms of breastfeeding or what to do if or when you return to work, or you have questions about the logistics of weaning: We are here for you. You are welcome to schedule a consultation regarding any number of the questions surrounding breastfeeding.
Herbal Consultation
Initial Intake $88
Follow Up $44 per 1/2 hour
Spend some time with Kathleen while she helps you create a plan of herbal support to fortify your body. Consults include a conversation about food, movement, and self care because Kathleen recognizes that health is multifaceted and must approached holistically. Herbs can help, and are just a facet of a complete plan.
Yoni Steaming
$90 per session
Applying warmth to the pelvic area after birth (or any time) promotes healing, whereas cold keeps healing cells from entering tissues. A yoni steam can loosen remaining tissues, supports lymph flow to the pelvic area, and helps to move and release emotions. Yoni steaming can be applied a treatment for endometriosis, abnormal pap results, and menstrual irregularities.
A yoni steam involves sitting on a yoni steaming stool. A bowl with healing herbs is placed in the stool with hot water. A woman sits with her yoni over the hole in the top of the stool and receives the steam and healing into her body. This service takes about an hour and is provided in the comfort of your home and included is education on self massage and castor oil packs.
Moxa Treatment
$90 per session
This treatment is applied by burning Chinese Mugwort in a specially crafted box that is place over the womb for 30-40 minutes, and then over the lower back. Moxa treatment increases the white blood cell count, promoting healing to the pelvic area. Moxa also increases red blood cell count over time, supporting vitality and health. The more the treatment is utilized, the more blood and lymph circulation increased throughout the entire body. This service is provided in the comfort of your home and included is education on self massage and castor oil packs.
Postpartum Treatment & Ceremony
$222
Our intention is to reclaim postpartum ceremony by witnessing, restoring and resourcing the new mother. This session generally takes about 3 hours because we honor the pace of the new life and mother. No need to rush. Treatments include yoni steaming, moxa treatment, and massage. In this session we end with a rebozo closing ceremony. Nourishing teas and other herbal preparations are provided. All mama's will be left with some herbal education and a prepared castor oil pack for self treatment.
Cord Ties

Instead of using the plastic clamps to stop the blood flow from the placenta to baby You may instead feel called it to you the softer/gentler alternative. This is where yarn cord ties come in.
